NEET NIGERIA guarantees that the GESTETNER products that you
purchase or lease are free from defects in materials or
workmanship under normal useage during the Limited Warranty
Period. The Limited Warranty Period starts on the date of
purchase or lease from NEET NIGERIA.
During the Limited Warranty Period, NEET NIGERIA will, at its
discretion, repair or replace any defective component. All
component parts or hardware products removed under this
Limited Warranty become the property of NEET NIGERIA. In the
unlikely event that your GESTETNER Hardware Product has
recurring failures, NEET NIGERIA, at its sole discretion, may
elect to provide you with a replacement unit of NEET NIGERIA’s
choosing that is the same or equivalent to your GESTETNER
Hardware Product in performance
NEET NIGERIA also provides the added advantage of free
Servicing and periodic Preventive Maintenance during the
warranty period. |

| COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT |

| NEET NIGERIA’s Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract
ensures the complete and cost effective maintenance of your
Gestetner product. The Agreement ensures: |
- All Services – Corrective & Preventive for a period of 12
months at a fixed yearly charge payable in advance.
- Fast & Priority Services response by our trained Customer
Service Representatives.
- All Spare Parts replacements (not including consumables)
are covered with NO EXTRA obligation to our Customer.
- Genuine Spare parts ensure longer life and better
performance of the product.
- Complete Software Support & diagnostics at NO EXTRA COST.
- Consumables like Toner, Drum, and Developer etc need to
be procured from NEET Nigeria or its Authorized
Representative across Nigeria.

| ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (NON- COMPREHENSIVE) |

| NEET NIGERIA also provides the option of a NON-COMPREHENSIVE
Service Agreement which entitles our Customers to the same
Quality & Priority of our technical expertise as the
COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENT. The required spares and consumables
are charged separately. |

CUSTOMER CARE AGREEMENT.
NEET NIGERIA provides this UNIQUE agreement for the Total
Delight of our Customers ensuring the most hassle free
operations of the product. Highlights of this agreement

- PAY PER CLICK - PAY AS YOU USE – enables our Customers to
plan and budget their monthly copying/ printing
expenditure.
- ALL SERVICES – CORRECTIVE & PREVENTIVE- as many times as
required during the tenure of the contract at no
additional cost.
- ZERO Customer liability towards Spares, Consumables& Services.
- Unlimited supply of Spares & Consumables as and when required to be replaced in the product.
- Complete Software & Hardware support by our Trained
Technical Expertise.
- NO hidden costs as our Customers pay only as per the
digital meters embedded in the products software.
- NO Advance payment hassles as all invoice of usage are raised in arrears – WHAT YOU USE THIS MONTH IS PAYABLE NEXT MONTH.
